    A Rare Hand Carved Tropical Wood Figural and Geometric House Amulet from the South Pacific Island Timor, Indonesia

    Condition: Very Good: The item is intact but weather worn.
    Description: The little bit of information that I have found about this exotic wood object seems to indicate that it may have been tied (note the drilled holes on the central edge of each side) to a house post on the tropical Island of Timor as a protective amulet.
    This item was from a Northern California estate with no collection history.
