Twenty (20) accessory plugs.
These are the type that will plug into themselves (although doing that reverses the colors of the wires).
I think they started using these kinds of plugs in the early 60's and up through the 1980's.
They were used for speakers, radios, power windows, power seats,
power antennas,
some tail lights,
marker lights,
etc. These are new, but have some dust on them.
