Description

For sale is a Vintage Antique Hand Made Navajo Sterling Silver & Green Turquoise Necklace measuring 17-1/2 inches long. The necklace consists of 7 medallions, sterling silver tube beads and round beads. The necklace is completely hand made and strung on wire. The pendants/medallions each measure about an inch long and 3/4 inch wide and are stamped on the back, "925." The green turquoise stones are polished but still roughly shaped, they have naturally occurring flaws & cracks (not damage) as well as surface scratching. The stones are bezel set and surrounded by twisted sterling wire, the outside edge of heavier wire has been hammered flat. The sterling silver tube beads each measure 3/8 inch long and 3mm wide. All the round beads but the last one (by the clasp loop) measure 8mm across. Overall weight is 67 grams.
